Hypnosis Practitioners, Life coaches and NLP practitioners often use proven techniques to help clients change undesired habits and/or to achieve desired personal and professional goals. Yet, in spite of the best efforts of both client and facilitator, unresolved inner conflicts often inhibit clients from attaining their ideal empowerment.

Would it not be great to find a way to deal with these inner conflicting parts. You know there is  part of you that has the desire to change and then there is a part of you that is happy to just keep on going the way it has been. These parts can cause you to experience loads undesired feelings and act in less resourceful ways that can make your life at best a bit challenging.

Consider this. There is a part of you wanting to lose weight and have a strong desire to do that, yet often you feel overpowered by a conflicting desire to indulge in junk food. Another example is smoking. There is a part that wants to quit and then there is a part that wants to keep smoking. People with relationship difficulties would say; I want to be in a relationship, but I just cannot get it right, or I want to change my career, but…

This gentle approach allows you to discover the roles of the different parts and through a process of mediation will allow for better understanding, creating more balance and harmony within you. Parts Therapy is truly a Client Centered approach, allowing you to use you own inner wisdom and resources to come up with a solution. In the end you can ask; “Who knew the problem? And Who had the answer? it is you that know best everytime.
