ONLINE – 4 Week Group Meditation – Living through uncertainty. You have a choice to react in fear or respond and thrive. You decide, the choice is yours.

In light of the recent developments relating to the Corona Virus and being on “Lock Down” the time has come to move our “Subconscious Talk” meditation ONLINE.

The Virus is creating anxiety and fear and it is important to be calm through this catastrophe and that we nurture ourselves. This is a time to not only nourish our bodies, but also focus on nourishing our minds.

Although we may be housebound, that does not mean we can’t get the support we need in these challenging times. Let’s focus on getting the inner work done.

To say we are living in uncertain times is a understatement of note and the level of fear and anxiety is truly unprecedented. When we look around us we notice how people respond to uncertainty about the future.

We have a choice to live in fear and react from our survival instinct to protect ourselves, or you can respond in a calm and controlled way. The choice is yours. When you allow the fear to take control of you, you may find life becoming more and more of a struggle and constant battle.

However you can start to look at the situation from a different perspective. What if I tell you that it is never about the situation, but more about the meaning you give it and how you respond is key. 

You have more control than what you think you have.

Let us explore how you can shift your perspective in a way that we all get through these difficult times in a stronger and better way.

The online sessions will start the 2nd of April and will continue for 4 consecutive weeks. As usual the event will consist of a shorter talk and then concluded with a guided meditation. Group participants will be limited.

Sessions will start at 19H00 and participants can start to join at 16H45.

Exchange for session: R 350-00 (includes 4 online sessions)
Start: Thursday 2 April at 19H00 to approximately 20H00

What you will need:

  1. Secure and stable internet connection.
  2. Laptop, PC or smartphone.
  3. Platform that will be used is ZOOM. (Click here for more information on ZOOM)
  4. For best results you may want to use a headset.
  5. A quiet place where you will be safe and undisturbed.
