Types of sessions

Personal sessions (Face to face at my office in Plattekloof or Kenridge)
Telephone and Skype Coaching sessions.
Corporate on site Coaching
Group Sessions

How long will a session last?

The first session usually takes longer however a session normally lasts for about an hour. Some change work can require longer sessions and in the event you need more time you can book a longer session.

Should you be a Member of the Genesis Medical Scheme and you have either the Private Plus or Comprehensive plans you can use your savings to claim back for you “Quit Smoking” session. You will need to pay for the service first and then you can submit a claim to Genesis Medical Scheme.

Does my Medical Scheme cover for treatments?

Unfortunately Medical  Schemes does not cover my treatments.

How many sessions required?

The amount of sessions will depend entirely on the presenting issue and the intervention required. Most interventions require only 3 sessions and some issues can be resolved in less.
Some change work can require longer sessions and in the event you need more time you can book a longer session.
