Saturday Course: Self-Talk
What do you say when you talk to yourself?
“There was a time when people who talked to themselves were considered “crazy.” Now, experts consider self-talk to be one of the most effective therapeutic tools available.”
Have you ever considered just how much your life is being influenced on how you talk to yourself? Yes, your self-talk has an impact on you and the way you talk to yourself can either be negative or positive.
Self-Talk is the internal narrative you hold about yourself and the world around you. Your inner voice. Your self-talk is influenced by your subconscious programming, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas. Self-talk can be both negative and positive.
“The good intention of others is not always good for you.”
“Your life is an expression of programs!?”
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Jung
Change requires you to look at how you talk to yourself and when you are able to change the way you talk to yourself; your life can change.
Join me for this Saturday Course and become aware of your self-talk and how you can shift and start living a better life. Yes, when you know what to change, you can decide what you want to change and how.
This event is part of the monthly Subconscious Talk group sessions. You are welcome to also join the Facebook group and receive updates for these events. Click Here to join Group. As usual the event will have a introductory talk followed by a guided meditation.
