What do you say when you talk to yourself?

There was a time when people who talked to themselves were considered “crazy.” Now, experts consider self-talk to be one of the most effective therapeutic tools available.”

Have you ever considered just how much your life is being influenced on how you talk to yourself? Yes, your self-talk has an impact on you and the way you talk to yourself can either be negative or positive.

Self-Talk - Video CoverSelf-Talk is the internal narrative you hold about yourself and the world around you. Your inner voice. Your self-talk is influenced by your subconscious programming, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, and ideas. Self-talk can be both negative and positive.

Did you know that your self-talk is the result of your beliefs and that your beliefs mostly come from your interaction with others? Research also tell us that 70% of these beliefs come from programming that has a negative base.
“The good intention of others is not always good for you.”
Your beliefs create your attitude toward the world you live in and these attitudes create the way you look and feel about the world and how you live your life. Therefore, you are programmed to look at the world in a certain way and it is not even your own programs.
“Your life is an expression of programs!?”
Would it not be great to change your life to reflect what you really want? There is a way and you already have the mechanism to do just that. However, unless you are aware of how your self-talk is influencing the way you look at life, not much will change.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Jung

Change requires you to look at how you talk to yourself and when you are able to change the way you talk to yourself; your life can change.

Join me for this Saturday Course and become aware of your self-talk and how you can shift and start living a better life. Yes, when you know what to change, you can decide what you want to change and how.
