Engaging the relaxation response
Are you feeling stressed, irritated, tired and maybe anxious? Has 2020 been that kind of year that you would rather want to forget? Then it is time you find away to rejuvenate your body and your mind.
Being stressed constantly takes a mental and physical toll on you and would it not be nice to find a way to protect yourself from from the effects of stress.
When you engage your relaxation response, your body and mind rejuvenates and repairs the damage from daily stressors. The benefits of engaging your relaxation response is endless, and now is a great time to learn more about how your body is effected by everyday stress and also how you can start to experience the benefits of effective relaxation techniques.
The idea of the event is to show you how you can, through meditation and self hypnosis, engage your relaxation response.
This is a step by step process that anyone can do. Come and join me or if you already have done this, bring a friend and introduce them to the wonderful world of their subconscious mind.
