Subconscious Talk: Dealing with difficult people – 19 Sep ’19
Dealing with difficult people.
Difficult people are all around you, from your friends, family, mother, father, children, partner, in-laws, co-workers, bosses, teachers, and more. That’s right they come from all walks of life and they are everywhere. Staying calm and keeping your cool can at times be impossible and they can take you to the brink of exploding or just losing it, unless you find a way to deal with them, your sanity and quality of life will be greatly effected.
Have you ever experienced people that …
… always talk and never silence to listen to others
… criticize anything you do and put you down in front of others
… gossip behind your back
… undermine your value and input
… abuse and use you when it suits them
… colleagues that are not reliable and mostly fail to keep commitments
… co-workers always competing for power, opportunity or spotlight
… you feel you always have to watch your back
Difficult people exist everywhere and dealing with them is not optional. It is a must! If you are constantly in a battle with them, it is YOU who could end up being labelled as a “difficult person”.
The good news is that there are ways to deal and create more sanity for yourself and those around you.
