Practical steps to resetting your life and getting on track
Whether you are feeling stuck or trapped in your life or maybe you just don’t like the direction you are heading, you alone can choose a new path. Yes, you alone can hit reset on your life. It is within your power to change your path.
A reset can be any life-changing decision, e.g. moving house, changing career paths, ending a relationship, changing habits or maybe it is just going back to basics. However, a reset can be a serious decision with life changing consequences and therefor requires thought and planning before you jump into it. Yes, it can be the best decision you can ever make when you do it in the right way.
Maybe there is an aspect of your life that needs to be reset. You may have become overloaded financially, or you are stuck in an unhealthy job or relationship, or you need to look at your habits, or maybe you have to many responsibilities. Could it be that you are ready to make some changes and maybe your best option is to reset?

Are you willing to look at where you are and what causes you to slow down? Is it time to declutter or let go?
Consider this… We are forever seeking what is familiar, because therein we find our safety, comfort and what is supposedly normal even if what is familiar is a life of disappointment, frustration, and sadness. All of this just slows you down. It is like when your computer gets slower and slower as you load more and more programs, until it is time to reboot and clear some of the unwanted programs.
Now remember: If your life needs a reset, it is within your power to do so.
So, ask yourself: What will it cost me if I do not reset now and in the future?
