How being thankful can change your life.
Gratitude, thankfulness, or gratefulness can be described as an expression of appreciation for what one has.
The quality of being thankful and the readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness is not only a positive emotion that makes you feel good, but also a natural trait that some people express more often. I wonder how aware you are of expressing your gratitude daily? Do you know how powerful it is on an emotional and physical level when you express thankfulness?
Studies show that specific areas of the brain are involved in experiencing and expressing gratitude.
Over time, feeling grateful can boost your happiness and boost both physical and psychological health. Studies have shown that when expressing gratitude, the use of negative words that create negative emotions can shift focus away from such negative emotions and create better emotional states.
