A habit can be described as a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously
Join me for this talk on how you can change your habits and change your life. You can learn how habits are made and use proven strategies to change old habits and create new more effective habits.
Research has shown that most of what humans do, happens subconsciously. It is through habitual behavior that has been programmed subconsciously that we navigate through life. These habits can either be great or really bad and bad habits can be difficult to reprogram without awareness.
New behaviors can become automatic through the process of habit formation. When old and new habits are repeated it becomes imprinted and form neural pathways. However, the good news is that it is possible to form new habits through.
